Clay Hill / Partner
Mr. Hill brings his decades of outsourcing experience to bear on solving our client’s needs and providing leadership to Clearview. Clay is an expert at identifying our clients' needs and applying his expertise at developing creative business solutions. He has been instrumental in keeping the Clearview resources fully utilized and has developed and conducted sales oriented consulting engagements. As a partner at Clearview, Mr. Hill is responsible for all sales and marketing activities. Previously, Mr. Hill has held positions in executive management, direct sales, sales support, and customer account management at some of the largest outsourcing and IT services companies in the industry. Certain of his responsibilities entailed conducting business internationally including in Europe, Asia, Canada and Mexico. He also has developed new sales strategy approaches to penetrate untapped markets.
Jay Looney / Partner
Mr. Looney began his career in 1982 as an Information Technology Specialist. Prior to forming Clearview, he held positions in:
- Executive Management
- Direct Sales
- Sales support
- Systems Integration Consulting.
His integration project included both EDS and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture); and was comprised of directing multi-million dollar outsourcing agreements.
This concrete experience provided Mr. Looney with an in-depth understanding of customer relations and the operational procedures required to deliver a consistent, quality service; as well as building and maintaining effective service agreements. He designed and negotiated several billion dollars of outsourcing contracts that included both business process and information technology (infrastructure/applications).

Mr. Looney has frequently been a guest speaker and has published several documents on Outsourcing Practices and IT Services Management. He serves as the practice manager for Clearview's outsourcing consulting services, as well as the managing director of Clearview's Managed Computing Services business.
Pete Hill / Senior Advisor
Mr. Hill was co-founder of a company that provided information technology services to other businesses long before the term "outsourcing" became popular. He is credited with pioneering many of the ITO disciplnes exhibited today by several of the worlds largest sourcing firms. He has served in technical, management and executive capacities. Including executive vice-president of computing services for a top tier ITO / BPO services firm. Mr. Hill understands the financial, management, technical and customer aspects of delivering high quality technology services. His depth of experience in providing I/T services in a multi-customer environment becomes an asset to the companies he advises.
Ron Williams / Partner
Mr. Williams is the managing director of Clearview's Consulting Services Line of Business; focusing on Business and IT Strategy, Business Process Improvement, and applications selection, implementation, and integration. As the lead strategist, he co-developed the IT outsourcing "go to market" plan for both MCI Systemhouse and Bell Atlantic Business Systems Services.
Mr. Williams has extensive call center, data center, and infrastructure management experience. Having managed large IT and service operations, he brings in-depth hands-on experience. During the past 15 years he has become a thought leader in the area of applying business and IT integration to CRM, ERP, SCM and EIP.
He has developed proven and effective models for justifying ROI through business case development and internal executive sales strategy development. Mr. Williams is responsible for our continued relationship with Dallas County, he presents to the Commissioner's Court on many subjects at least once per month.
